Purchasing and Selling of Educational Content via our Website is subject to the following terms.

The following information regarding our Purchasing and Pricing Policy is in addition to and is part of the information provided in the Websites Terms of Use where you can read more about our Website's purpose and Services.

Purchasing Educational Content via the Services will be through the use of units that have a certain monetary value ("Points"), which may vary between Buyers, depending on the applicable pre paid package of Points (as described below) purchased by each Buyer.

In order to purchase Educational Content via the Website, each Buyer is required to purchase Points in the form of pre paid packages which shall be valid for 60 (sixty) months, according to one of the following options:

100 Points for the price of 10 USD
250 Points for the price of 24 USD
500 Points for the price of 45 USD
750 Points for the price of 65 USD
1000 Points for the price of 85 USD

The prices of Educational Content on the Website prior to the time of purchase will be presented in Points rather than in a certain currency, whereas at the time of purchase of Educational Content, the applicable prices will be presented in USD, as stated in the Terms of Use.

A Buyer who chooses to purchase an Item of Educational Content will be required to pay the amount of Points such Item of Educational Content was valued at by the Seller of such item, and the amount of Points paid for such item will be deducted from the Buyer's pre paid package.

The actual amounts the Company (as the "Sales Commission") and the Seller shall be entitled to receive from each Buyer, in consideration for the purchase of each item of Educational Content, shall be determined in accordance with the applicable value of each Point under the pre paid package of Points purchased by each Buyer.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend the information above, and/or any part thereof, at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review for any changes in the information above.
